AmpThink designs, builds and delivers elegant yet robust audio systems which are highly functional and performant no matter the size and scope of a venue. Our emphasis on quality informs our relationships as we work with customers, vendors, partners and even our own internal teams.
AmpThink’s AV team has decades of experience designing and constructing large scale AV systems for stadiums, arenas, and performance venues. Today, our team supports the largest Dante network in the world including over 1,000 connected end points. Relying on support from partnerships with some of the best acousticians, broadcast professionals, and AV manufacturers in the world, our team is transforming the approach to traditional AV solutions focused on network-based systems that scale better and outperform legacy systems.
AmpThink likes to breakdown silos and come at problems more collaboratively. While many IT companies and engineers are very protective of their networks and prefer to keep other technologies at arm’s length, AmpThink does the opposite. We take the time to understand and embrace the various technologies and disciplines which rely on a beefy IP network and then, fold those into our converged network methodology. Because of our seasoned and expanded practice, we’ve been honored to participate and lead successful outcomes in a wide range of project scopes under a variety of management strategies.
We personally work with ownership and critical stakeholders from the beginning of a project to ensure the vision desired is the vision built. Some of these conversations happen before ground-breaking and therefore have a direct impact on the shortening of timelines.
Large complex projects require a well-designed and unified audiovisual strategy as well as integration, implementation, hardware procurement, tuning and testing. Delivering the best audiovisual experience to your guests requires expert network designers and engineers working together to create a seamless system.
Low-voltage conversations are not always front and center, but they are a necessity to survive. We consolidate a lot of work off-site because we understand that offsite efficiency reduces onsite time.
We’re always working hand-in-hand with cable pullers, riggers, electricians and mid-level skilled labor for terminations, skilled specialty work and engineering. We also provide training and show them how to tune the system. Because our teams reside in the cities where a project is happening, we’re on-site every day. This practice allows us to develop an in-person working relationship with the other disciplines on the job. Keeping a watchful eye over the work product allows us to address problems or concerns in real-time.
